Environnement-MJ has worked with greenhouse growers to help solve current production issues. A first project consisted in the development of a hand held battery operated food grade harvesting machine. The machine has helped the grower reduce his harvesting time by as much as 50%. A second project was performed on a greenhouse heating system where several performance problems were identified; a recommendation report followed and will enable the reduction of fuel consumption by as much as 10 000 litres per annum. Environnement-MJ works with greenhouse operators in order to reduce there energy consumption and increase productivity via innovation and technology.
